Our Mission
Our mission is to empower underprivileged communities in La Union by providing essential resources like education, nourishment, and transportation. We believe that addressing these interconnected needs breaks the cycle of poverty and gives families the tools to build a sustainable future.
Our Story
Sibayan Calica Association (formerly operating as Sibayan Calica Foundation) was established with a straightforward purpose: to make critical resources accessible to those who need them most. What began as a focused community effort in 2019 has developed into a dedicated network supporting rural areas across La Union. Working hand-in-hand with local partners, schools, and barangay councils, we continue to expand our reach and strengthen community independence year by year.
What We Do
Education Support
